Can I have my own independent repair facility perform warranty repairs?
No. Only authorized Ramza dealers are allowed to perform warranty work on your Ramza product.
How do I get my vehicle repaired while in warranty?
In order to obtain warranty coverage, the first step is to take your vehicle to an authorized Ramza dealer for diagnosis. Your dealer will determine if there is warranty coverage. Please see the Dealer Locator to find the dealer closest to you.
How do I know when to have my Ramza product serviced?
Please see the maintenance section of your owner’s manual. The service intervals in the maintenance schedule are based on average riding conditions. Some items will need more frequent service if you ride in severe conditions or at full throttle. Consult your dealer for recommendations applicable to your individual needs and use.
How do I know where to have my Ramza product serviced?

Where can I get my owner’s manual?
When purchased new, all of our vehicles come with an owner’s manual. If you’ve misplaced or damaged your original owner’s manual, contact your Ramza dealer and they will be able to order you a replacement, or you can find digital versions of most of our owner’s manuals here.
